Another week has gone by. We are now entering week 13! Today it looks like I weigh 159.6.
A few weeks before I got pregnant, I had gained a couple pounds [Just 3] and was weighing in at 158. Then we prepared to move, and ate out for every meal, and I bumped up to 161. Shortly after we got here was when we discovered we were pregnant. So technically my starting pregnancy weight was 161. Somehow though I lost a couple pounds 6 weeks into it, and was 158 again. So I am not to sure whether to count this as my first pregnancy pound or not. My hunger has massively increased, and I never feel full. I am super scared I will gain too much. My doctor said to look at around 20-25 pounds. The last trimester alone being 13-16 pounds! So I am going to attempt to set up a goal of only 7 pounds the second trimester. No more than 167. I want to stay under 185 through out the pregnancy. I worked really really hard to lose 65 pounds before getting pregnant, and I don't think I could do that again after child birth. Some tips on how to control cravings would be great, bc that is what I am struggling with. LOL. Anywho here is the belly. I am starting to round out more, so instead of a bump sticking out, it's belly.
